Appian a worth buy after the fine to PEGA?

Reddit

So appian have fallen a lot last and this year. It know worth around 37 dollar per share. Given that appian twice have won vs Pega in their law suit, it is pretty likely they will win in the appeal processes. And if it end at 2 billion dollar. That is a fine equal to 2 b/40m=50 dollar per share. Given that should not spisning be a pretty good but somehow risky buy? Problem with appian is profitability, but there current high cost are related to growth investments and if they went into sustain mode they would be able to have a nice profit margin.
